Faultless stay. Can’t say enough nice things about RC Naples. Absolutely everything from start to finish was perfection. Amazing staff, immaculate grounds, dream location on the beach. Loved it so much will definitely be coming back next year. Thanks so much to everyone at the hotel who made our holiday so special.

This is an amazing property you also ahve access to the tiberon via a shuttlw if you dont have a car where there is a water park. My only issue is I can't get marriott reqarda for my stay since i booked through ******* (which was the same price as the bonvoy website)

Friendly staff and a nice facility, unfortunately due to lack of well-coordinated management and the facility is not completely ready for the price they charge per room (the price per room is exaggerated), The air conditioning have issues, the lights in the bathroom have motion detector cells and turn off the lights too quickly(let you in the dark in the middle of a shower) also the room that we get in the 14 floor was with no minibar , wine , candies etc. upon arrival( after several hours of complaint the minibar arrive). We never ask for compensation but never were offered. Definitely not a five-star hotel.
